Taekwon-Do is a form of Korean karate that emphasizes fast movements and powerful kicks, and it's also an Olympic sport. Anyone can learn Taekwon-Do (sometimes referred to as "tae kwon do" or "taekwondo"), it's fun, builds confidence, and it's great aerobic exercise for all ages.
